Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working as a Human Resources Business Partner, preferably supporting Technology and/or Sales organizations
- Experience with onboarding, talent development, retention, off-boarding, and diversity and inclusion practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective relationships with all levels of leadership, employees, and peers locally and virtually
- Analytical with strong curiosity, creative thinking and solution focused
- Experience handling employee relations issues and conflict management
- Effective coaching and facilitation skills, along with the ability to influence colleagues at all levels of the organization
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint); Power BI/Tableau a plus
- Bachelor's degree required
Responsibilities
- Architect strategic initiatives that will drive change across the organization
- Build trusted relationships with functional leaders; gain a solid understanding of the business to advise leaders on organizational design and effectiveness
- Drive HR change management initiatives across the business related to hiring, talent development, succession planning, performance management, and compensation
- Coach managers and provide guidance on effective performance management practices, employee relations, and conflict resolution
- Collaborate with managers and leadership to identify skill gaps and development needs within the various functions of the organization
- Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., workforce planning, performance management, and attrition) to identify trends, aid in decision-making and provide proactive solutions to the business
- Collaborate with the Global HRBP team along with HR Ops, Compensation, Organizational Development and Recruitment to ensure company-wide success of people programs and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies and participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
