  • Technical project/program management experience
  • Experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams to execute to safety, quality, delivery & cost commitments/targets
  • 3+ years of experience with critical business and financial acumen including risk, issue and opportunity management to drive performance
Responsibilities
  • Driving USAF Mission Systems IPT execution through the preparation and facilitation of the weekly program management meetings, monthly business performance reviews, and other program deep dives and/or non-advocate reviews
  • Responsible for USAF E-7 Mission Systems technical supplier management of radar/IFF, ESM, EWSP, mission computing hardware, communications, and avionics components.
  • Manages employees and mid-level managers performing business management activities in the area of Program Management
  • Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
  • Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes
  • Manages, develops, and motivates employees and mid-level managers
  • Fostering a culture of inclusiveness, ownership and urgency with a focus on having fun
Desired Qualifications
  • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • 5+ years of Technical project/program management experience
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in the development program phase including capturing significant programmatic opportunities
  • 5+ years of experience demonstrating people management skills to include coaching, teaching, mentoring
  • Experience leading projects or programs utilizing Earned Value management and RIO management to drive program performance
  • Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams
  • Active Top Secret clearance
