The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on leader with strong operations and people management skills — someone who thrives in both the customer-facing retail world and the organized chaos of warehouse production and logistics. You’ll oversee daily operations, lead a team, manage inventory flow, and ensure we deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day store and warehouse operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with company standards
• Lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve operational goals
• Manage scheduling, production, staffing, and performance in line with business needs
• Maintain accurate inventory processes and operational systems
• Build strong relationships with employees, customers, and carrier partners
• Control costs and manage operations within budget targets
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in a supervisory or management role (big-box retail, home improvement, or warehouse operations experience highly preferred)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
• Tech-friendly mindset — experience with iPads/iOS devices a plus
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse
