- Three to five years design and implementation of Continuous Delivery and/or DevOps solutions or architecture patterns.
- Hands-on technical experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services).
- Hands-on experience with Mesosphere middleware.
- Three to five years managing an IT Operations environment.
- Three to five years’ hands-on experience with code repository management, code merge and quality checks, continuous integration, and automated deployment and management using tools like Jenkins, SVN, Git, Chef, Ansible, Artifactory, ServiceNow, Sonar, Selenium.
- Five or more years of experience with approaches and tooling for automated build, delivery and release of software.
- Five or more years’ experience with managing teams including progress monitoring and reporting.
- Five or more years of experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
- Five or more years with Linux (writing shell scripts).
- Three or more years experience in automation scripting using Java, Perl, Ruby, or Python.
- Expert troubleshooting skills.
- Five years of DevOps leadership and transformation experience.
- Familiarity with Application or Environment Monitoring tools such as Dynatrace.
- Experience leading a multi-disciplinary teams, working in a fast paced, high velocity agile environment.
- Experience with Public/Private cloud and Virtualization Technologies.
- Working experience of at least one digital middleware technology stack (Mesosphere, Apigee, Cassandra, Kafka, Solr).
- Working experience of Microservices and Mobile application development.
- Familiarity with implementation of Identity Access Management tools and Captive Portal.
- Working experience of latest Digital technology innovations and transformation.
- Familiarity with Master and client architecture implementations (Jenkins, Puppet).
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Content Management (Adobe Experience Manager).
- Experience with project or program management [Optional].
- Ability to work with multiple teams, recommend architecture industry best practices and Architecture Governance.
- Defining and managing the roadmap for implementation of DevOps in an established operation.
- Working within a structured environment, including the use of structured methods and approaches and modern development tools.
- Experience of technical architecture – i.e. the design and delivery of IT systems for a broad range of clients.
- Service support – the use of DevOps, Continuous Delivery and ITIL concepts to lead an effective support operation.
- In-depth knowledge of technology trends and standards, both from a business and technical viewpoints.
- Certifications in AWS or Azure highly preferred.
