Requirements
  • 7+ years of sales experience with complex Software as a Service or data platforms, preferably in public safety or government
  • 2–4 years of experience supporting or leading sales teams, with a strong interest in team leadership
  • Deep familiarity with government procurement, contracting processes, and long sales cycles
  • Ability to provide hands-on deal coaching and build repeatable pipeline generation tactics
  • Track record of overachievement as both an individual contributor and coach
  • Comfortable with Salesforce, Gong, Clari (or equivalents) and data-driven performance management
  • Comfortable and willing to travel 60% of the time
  • Located in any major metropolitan city in the U.S.
Responsibilities
  • Support and eventually manage a team of Account Executives focused on net new growth in U.S. Law Enforcement
  • Own forecasting, deal inspection, and performance management for your segment
  • Partner with Marketing, Deployment Strategy, and Solutions to optimize GTM strategy and create demand
  • Actively coach and support reps in their territories by joining prospect meetings, navigating procurement hurdles, and unblocking complex deals
  • Help design and implement enablement programs that support field readiness and accelerate onboarding
  • Build a pipeline development strategy to support scalable, repeatable success across multiple regions

  • Experience in a high-growth B2G Software as a Service company and operating with urgency in the public sector
  • Passion for building new markets and creating scalable playbooks from scratch
  • Excitement about the idea of managing high-performing Account Executives, even if the team size starts small
  • Thriving in ambiguity, balancing short-term deal execution with longer-term team development
  • Strong situational awareness and ability to support individual contributors without overstepping, earning credibility as a trusted partner
  • You’ve been involved in building repeatable pipeline generation tactics and enablement programs
  • Ability to design and implement enablement programs that support field readiness and accelerate onboarding
