Responsibilities
  • Daily monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators
  • Chatbot maintenance activities including conversation analysis, training custom intents, crafting new workflows, and updating workflows
  • Design and test API-integrated workflows for personalized support experiences
  • Collect and action feedback to ensure chatbot accuracy and customer satisfaction
  • Create and maintain a library of reference guidelines, standards, and workflows
