  • The candidate must be comfortable with video calls, phone calls, and basic software tools.
  • Strong spoken and written English is required.
  • The candidate must be available for a consistent four-hour United States afternoon coverage window and flexible to expand hours as call volume grows.
  • The candidate must have reliable high-speed internet, a quiet private place to take calls, a working webcam, and clear audio, ideally with a headset.

  • The candidate must be able to troubleshoot basic call or video issues independently.
Responsibilities
  • Run scheduled 15-minute Microsoft Teams video onboarding calls with new users after sign-up.
  • Welcome new users, orient them, walk them through a short demo report using provided scripts and talking points, explain how to get started with Assess, answer common workflow questions, and log brief notes afterward.
  • Make light outbound follow-up calls or messages after users complete their first and second Assess reports.
  • Ask whether reports made sense, understand whether clinicians are getting value from Assess, identify friction or confusion, explain the next practical step, encourage continued use where appropriate, capture feedback, and flag repeated questions or issues.
  • Help users understand the basic Assess workflow and explain what Assess does and does not do using provided guidance.
  • Collect feedback from user conversations and share recurring patterns with the Zenara team to improve the product and onboarding experience.
  • Answer occasional inbound calls from clinicians, practice teams, or users during the coverage window.
  • Understand callers' needs, answer basic questions where trained, route issues outside the role's scope, return missed calls where appropriate, and capture clear notes after each interaction.
  • Enter short, structured notes after calls covering attendees, needs, answers, outstanding follow-up, next-step ownership, urgent concerns, repeated questions, confusion, and product feedback.
  • Escalate clinical questions or other matters outside the role's scope according to provided guidance.
  • Provide reliable Monday–Friday coverage during the scheduled United States afternoon window.
  • Document calls and help users reach first meaningful use of Assess.

  • Current study in a relevant clinical or mental-health-related field.
  • Flexibility to expand hours as call volume grows.
  • A headset for clear audio during calls.

What believers are saying

  • Zenara shipped Assess, Monitor, and Care modules across 2026, showing active product velocity.
  • Assess claims 8–10 clinically relevant conditions per patient, above the 2.8 benchmark.
  • Enterprise pilots target collaborative care, BHI/APCM, and GPCM workflows with billable artifacts.

What critics are saying

  • Tracxn shows no funding raised by 2025-11-03, limiting runway for 2026 expansion.
  • Assess’s free access ended July 31, 2026; conversion pressure starts immediately.
  • Incumbent EHRs and care-management vendors can copy modules before Monitor and Care launch.

What makes Zenara Health unique

  • Zenara Flow is a sidecar platform, not an EHR replacement, reducing switching friction.
  • Assess encodes workflows refined over 10 years in a live psychiatry practice.
  • Enterprise claims design informed by Kaiser and Headspace Health programs, strengthening credibility.
