Responsibilities
  • responsible for operational excellence and efficiency to enable us to make accurate data-informed decisions
  • Train, mentor, support, and coach the global team (new and existing) providing feedback and education
  • communicate and collaborate with global and domestic leaders and assist the global revenue recovery team with account management and in achieving ultimate success
  • Ensure global team monitors production standards and is the ultimate approver of all administrative areas of production
  • Performs account reviews and assists with inventory audits
  • Updates leadership and informs executive team on matters affecting global operations
  • Assists with guidance for global team’s adherence to set KPI expectations
  • Owns all internal, operational, global-facing SOPs with both global and domestic leadership
