  • The ability to consistently communicate with project stakeholders about expectations, and communicates changes early and often. Able to communicate with external stakeholders about their work in a manner that represents LTSE positively

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Clear technical communicator
  • Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines, multi-task & support multiple priorities. Capable of delivering on multiple priorities with little or no supervision

  • 5+ years of applicable experience
  • Either a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or another field which requires programming coursework (e.g. Mathematics, Economics), OR a certificate of completion from a software development “bootcamp” program, equivalent to 3 months' full-time study
