Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in Observability, Monitoring, or IT Operations Management (ITOM).
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management and Dynatrace.
  • Experience with full-stack observability and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Hybrid).
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and event lifecycle management.
  • Automation/scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
Responsibilities
  • Lead ServiceNow ITOM Event Management design including event correlation, alert deduplication, and incident automation.
  • Drive noise reduction initiatives and improve signal-to-noise ratio.
  • Improve signal quality via alert hygiene, anomaly detection, and threshold tuning.
  • Leverage AI (Davis) for root cause analysis and alert correlation.
  • Manage observability tools to ServiceNow integration, ensuring enriched and pre-correlated events.
  • Implement observability-as-code and automation via APIs, CI/CD, and Terraform.
  • Track KPIs such as MTTR, alert reduction, and incident quality improvements.
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in using machine learning and Generative AI to develop solutions such as predictive monitoring, incident diagnosis, summarization and correlation.
  • Broad experience across infrastructure, application, data, and integration architecture.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

Northern Trust appointed to support TirNua Capital Partners' inaugural infrastructure fund. DUBLIN - Northern Trust (Nasdaq: NTRS) today announced it has been appointed by TirNua Capital Partners ("TirNua") to provide fund administration, depositary and banking services for the firm's inaugural infrastructure fund focused on supporting the transition to a low carbon economy. The fund has secured €340 million in commitments at first close (source: www.tirnua.com). Northern Trust appoints Alyssa Quinlan as Head of Advisor Relationships & Strategic Partnerships. Northern Trust Wealth Management has appointed Alyssa Quinlan as Head of Advisor Relationships & Strategic Partnerships. She will report to Global Head of Sales David Albright. Quinlan will lead the firm's relationships with professional advisors, including law and accounting firms, business advisory and investment consultants. These collaborations often intersect with client needs around unique assets such as fine art and collectibles, which the firm has a long history of addressing through its comprehensive wealth planning and fiduciary services. Building on that foundation, Quinlan will develop a dedicated platform that addresses the increasingly sophisticated needs of collectors and families with significant art holdings. Rashmi Madan, a 15-year veteran of the firm, was promoted to the newly created post of global head of portfolio solutions for private wealth. She will oversee the worldwide scaling of Blackstone's multi-strategy investment solutions for individual investors. Simona Maellare, formerly global co-head of the alternative capital group at UBS, joins Blackstone as head of EMEA for private wealth. Maellare brings more than three decades of experience in alternative asset management and will lead the firm's expansion across Europe and the Middle East. The appointments are designed to accelerate growth in Blackstone's private wealth business, which now manages more than $300 billion globally, according to the company.
