  • Create documented client-success standards, repeatable cadences, and tracking systems that support accountability and scale.
  • Improve account segmentation, business review structures, health measurement, and risk-flagging processes.
  • Track KPIs including quarterly business review completion, upsell pipeline, expansion results, churn, client health scores, and AI-attached revenue, and provide leadership feedback on trends, service gaps, and opportunities.
  • Set performance expectations for post-sale roles and hold the team accountable to quarterly business review completion, upsell pipeline, net revenue retention, AI strategy, and AI revenue outcomes.
  • Run regular one-on-one and team cadences that provide direct reports with direction and feedback.

  • Own team hiring and onboarding and intentionally develop internal talent.

Lyra Technology Group

Lyra Technology Group

View

Lyra Technology Group is a portfolio-based parent that builds a network of managed IT service providers (MSPs) across North America. It acquires MSPs and provides them with permanent capital, shared resources, and a community of peers, while allowing each acquired company to keep its brand, leadership, and culture and operate independently under its existing management. The group also operates Lyra Recovery, a division focused on ransomware and data breach remediation. Its approach centers on decentralized decision-making by local leaders, continuous growth through acquisitions, and ensuring that the independent MSPs retain their identity while benefiting from the backing and infrastructure of Lyra and Evergreen Services Group. The ultimate goal is to expand a large, coast-to-coast MSP network serving more than 10,000 organizations, by adding leading MSPs and supporting their growth without divestment, using permanent capital from its backers.

What believers are saying

  • OSIT joined Lyra on June 4, 2026, extending the platform into Australia.
  • Veracity named Daniel Bayfield CEO on May 18, 2026, signaling founder-friendly integration.
  • Lyra Recovery’s 24/7 incident-response model monetizes breaches immediately across the installed base.

What critics are saying

  • Lyra’s 2025 growth relied on 47 acquisitions; a 2026 slowdown breaks momentum fast.
  • Decentralized MSPs create uneven security controls; one breach can damage the entire brand family.
  • If Alpine Investors tightens capital, Lyra’s acquisition treadmill stalls and the platform loses relevance.

What makes Lyra Technology Group unique

  • Evergreen’s June 2025 100th MSP acquisition proves Lyra’s permanent-holdco rollup scale.
  • Lyra retains acquired brands, employees, and management, preserving local trust after deals.
