  • Lead Financial Forecasting: charge of enabling the process of financial forecasting, including current-year forecasts, annual budgets, and 5-year projections, ensuring accuracy and reliability
  • Optimize Adaptive Planning: Collaborate with business units to maximize the use of Adaptive Planning across the enterprise, making it an indispensable tool for all functions
  • Streamline Finance Applications: Partner with IT and business product owners to enhance our finance application portfolio, eliminating redundancies and reducing costs
  • Drive Executive Insights: Create impactful monthly and quarterly Executive and Board Reporting packages that inform our leadership's strategic decisions
  • Innovate with Technology: Lead the development of Adaptive Planning functionality, including financial modeling, data integrations, dashboard creation, and scenario analysis
  • Educate and Empower: Train non-financial stakeholders on interpreting reports and dashboards, empowering them to make informed decisions
  • Mentor and Grow: Guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Travel: Occasional travel to collaborate with teams and stakeholders
