Requirements
  • A university or college degree, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, is typically required.
  • At least 5 years of industry-relevant experience is typically required.

Responsibilities
  • Own a defined portfolio of Customer Interaction Management capabilities and maintain a roadmap aligned to business objectives.
  • Evaluate customer, business, and operational needs to identify opportunities for capability enhancement.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define and communicate product vision, priorities, and expected outcomes.
  • Translate business challenges into scalable, reusable product capabilities rather than one-off solutions.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Customer Interaction Management decisioning, execution, data, and measurement capabilities.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, risk, effort, and dependencies.
  • Define epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures.
  • Make prioritization recommendations and trade-off decisions using data and business insight.
  • Ensure roadmap decisions support immediate business needs while advancing long-term platform goals.
  • Maintain backlog health, clarity, and readiness for delivery teams.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to business, marketing, analytics, technology, and operations teams.
  • Facilitate requirement discussions, solution reviews, and backlog refinement activities.
  • Build alignment across stakeholders with different priorities and perspectives.
  • Communicate product plans, risks, dependencies, and release readiness clearly and consistently.
  • Support leadership and working-team discussions with concise product recommendations.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, analysts, and operations partners to shape scalable and configurable solutions.
  • Provide product guidance throughout design, build, testing, implementation, and adoption.
  • Ensure delivered capabilities align with customer needs, business objectives, and platform standards.
  • Support issue resolution by clarifying requirements, outcomes, scope, and product intent.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, simplify processes, and improve platform reuse.
  • Define and monitor success metrics for assigned capabilities.
  • Analyze adoption, engagement, conversion, and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Use data, experimentation, stakeholder feedback, and customer insight to inform product decisions.
  • Recommend enhancements that improve platform value, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Promote continuous improvement through measurement, learning, and feedback loops.
  • Own the product vision and definition and serve as the voice of the customer.
  • Ensure Scrum team efforts are concentrated on the right priorities based on business value.
  • Define and convey the product vision to teams to address client requirements and business objectives.
  • Own the creation and integrity of the product backlog and lead backlog grooming.
  • Work closely with Scrum Masters and development teams to ensure the right items are prioritized during development.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for team questions and make product decisions.

EXL secures $1B credit facility to fuel M&A and shareholder returns

EXL, a global data and AI company, has closed a new $1 billion senior secured credit facility with PNC Bank as administrative agent and a syndicate of lenders. Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase Bank, and TD Bank served as joint lead arrangers. The facility increases EXL's borrowing capacity from $600 million and includes a $400 million term loan and up to $600 million in revolver borrowings. The five-year agreement includes an accordion feature allowing expansion equal to the greater of $470 million or 100% of trailing four-quarter EBITDA, expiring on 18 August 2031. Chief financial officer Maurizio Nicolelli said the expanded debt capacity provides flexibility for targeted mergers and acquisitions whilst continuing to return capital to shareholders under the company's $500 million share repurchase authorisation.

Superior Group amends $200M credit facilities, extends maturity to 2031

Superior Group of Companies has amended and extended its senior secured credit facilities with PNC Bank and a syndicate of lenders. The $200 million financing structure comprises a $125 million revolving credit facility and a $75 million term loan. The five-year agreement extends the company's debt maturity from August 2027 to August 2031. Superior Group retains the option to request up to an additional $75 million in incremental capacity. Michael Koempel, president and chief financial officer, said the arrangement provides flexibility to support the company's capital allocation strategy and growth initiatives across its segments. The amended facilities are unchanged in size from the prior agreement. Radiant Logistics secures $200M revolving credit facility with improved terms and 2031 maturity

Radiant Logistics has completed an amended and restated $200 million secured revolving credit facility, refinancing its existing facility that was due to mature in August 2027.
