  • At least 3-5 years of sales enablement experience in a high-growth B2B startup
  • Experience building and owning entire sales enablement programs from scratch
  • Comfortable in highly ambiguous environments and wearing many hats
  • Bonus: previously was a high performing SDR, AE, or CSM; directly engaged with prospects or customers
Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve enablement for Sales and CS teams
  • Develop onboarding programs to decrease ramp-up time
  • Identify training needs related to product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends
  • Create and manage metrics framework to measure effectiveness of enablement programs
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops to ensure tools are used effectively
  • Optimize case studies, product demos, and competitive intelligence
  • Create tests and certifications for ongoing training retention
  • Monitor Sales and CS calls for adherence to call scripts and SOPs
  • Attract top-tier talent to join the team
