Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a minimum GPA of 2.8
  • Authorized to work in the United States without Sponsorship now or in the future
  • Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student in a MBA program at an accredited US based university or college
  • ≥4 years of prior consulting, finance and/or corporate experience in biotech/pharma
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail
  • Strong forecasting, financial modeling and negotiation experience/skills are a plus
Responsibilities
  • Execution of investment, drug licensing, partnerships, and/or acquisition projects
  • Coordination of diligence efforts including scientific reviews and commercial assessments
  • Market forecasting, comp analysis, financial modeling, as needed
  • Creation of business case presentations for senior leadership
  • Structuring and negotiation of potential deal terms
  • Strategic projects to support corporate development initiatives
  • Showcase your work with a final poster board presentation near the conclusion of your internship
