Our team grew from 90 people to over 150 people in 2024. We’ve got top talent from the most successful companies in SMB software like Shopify, HubSpot, DoorDash, Procore and ServiceTitan. We’ll be scaling even faster in 2025 to keep pace with our customer growth.
How we work: Owner is a remote-first, global company with a home base in San Francisco. For some of our creative teams we prioritize in-person collaboration at our SF HQ. The rest of our employees are distributed throughout the world.
🫵 Why we’re looking for you
As a SEO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving organic traffic to our restaurant websites. You’ll be responsible for executing SEO strategies, optimizing local listings, and conducting keyword research to improve online visibility.
💻 The impact you will have
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords for our websites and content.
- Optimize on-page SEO elements, including title tags, meta descriptions, and header tags.
- Create and implement content strategies to improve our client’s local SEO performance.
- Analyze website traffic and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
👥 Who you’ll work with
- You will report to our Senior Staff SEO Architect.
- You will work and collaborate with our Customer Success, Support and Onboarding Teams.
✅ Minimum requirements
- 2 + years of experience in local SEO or a related field
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics software
- Passion for the restaurant and food industry
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Local SEO ranking factors understanding

- The estimated base salary range for this role is $70,000 - 90,000 USD, plus a generous equity pre-IPO equity package
