Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial & Labor Relations, or Organizational Behavior.
  • Foundational Human Resources knowledge, sound judgment, discretion, and business acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and time-management skills.
  • Availability to travel based on business needs, up to 20%.
Responsibilities
  • Rotate through Human Resources functional areas based on business needs and individual interests.
  • Work on projects alongside experienced colleagues while exploring HR Business Partners, Employee and Labor Relations, Talent and Total Rewards, and HR Operations and Analytics.
  • Participate in specialized onboarding, mentorship, social and networking events, collaboration with program peers, and leadership report-out meetings.
  • Build business acumen, functional expertise, professional skills, and technical skills through the two-year rotational program.
Desired Qualifications
  • Analytical mindset, including Excel and reporting skills, and skill with artificial-intelligence-enabled tools.
  • Leadership experience influencing change, people, and processes.
  • Less than two years of related work experience.
