  • 2-5 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in financial services
  • Banking or financial industry experience, including laws related to banking regulations

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all stages of the contract process for the team from the initial draft through execution
  • Handles any internal/external escalations and escalate to senior manager when necessary
  • Advisor to internal partners including business, credit and operations teams to ensure that those partners are adequately advised on the terms of agreements being negotiated and the impact of external counterparty’s requested terms
  • Reliable partner to various internal operational and business teams in relation to the support of the firm’s global platinum client relationships
  • Continuously stay informed of regulatory changes, new regulations, internal policy changes and developments in the law
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
