- Oversee the daily flow of goods and ensure effective exception management that meets customer expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement of operational processes and identify opportunities to increase quality and efficiency.
- Communicate regularly with customers about operational status and act as the second-level escalation contact for execution topics.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to combine different teams' and colleagues' viewpoints, ensuring high service quality and joint success.
