Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in SIPI analysis of high-power electronics
  • Strong fundamental understanding of SIPI concepts
  • Familiarity with ANSYS and Cadence tools
  • Ability to break complex problems into smaller problems and solve them
  • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and changing requirements and to come up with creative solutions
  • Ability to initiate investigations and drive cross-functional developments
Responsibilities
  • Establish workflows and best practices for SIPI analysis
  • Provide architectural insights to improve package and product-level designs
  • Lead feasibility studies to guide product definitions
  • Collaborate with teams across Silicon Architecture, PCB, and System Integration to develop accurate simulation models
  • Drive innovation through cross-functional partnerships in technology development
  • Conduct SIPI analyses using industry-standard tools (e.g., Ansys SI-Wave, HFSS-3D-layout)
  • Mentor and support junior engineers to foster a culture of growth and learning
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in VR/IVR modeling and design is a plus
  • Experience in pre-layout modeling and analysis is a plus
