You have:
-Marketing domain expertise in understanding market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and product positioning to generate clear messaging internally and externally.
-Experience managing a client marketing services team within a SaaS company, ideally, Marketing, SEO, Social Media and Content teams.
-Hands-on experience scaling teams at a rapidly growing SaaS company and have managed teams of 25-50+ (bonus points for managing/developing remote and offshore teams)Strong analytical skills; you make decisions and strategize based on a combination of data and instinct.
-A meticulous attention to detail and are enthusiastic about how data intersects with corporate strategy.A strong track record of building successful teams with stellar NRR.
-Experience working with a budget and creating incentive plans that drive results for clients.
