  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum of one year of experience in customer service

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for prospective clients, answering inquiries and providing information about our services
  • Assist grieving families seeking autopsy services with onboarding, offer emotional support, and help navigate the necessary paperwork and procedures
  • Prepare and maintain client files, ensuring all necessary documents are accurately completed and filed
  • Enter client information into the database and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients with appropriate staff members
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with general office duties such as filing, copying, and organizing documents
  • Perform quality checks on intake documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain records
  • Work with pathology staff to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and documentation
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is organized and professional
  • Support the team with additional tasks as needed
Desired Qualifications
  • Master's degree is preferred
  • Previous experience in grief counseling, social work, or a related field is highly desirable
