Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with marketing operations and digital marketing, including hands-on experience with marketing automation, demand generation, and reporting
- 2+ years administrating marketing automation platforms and related marketing technology
- Experience creating landing pages, forms, emails, workflows, lists, and other operations in support of demand and lead generation efforts
- Analytical and process-driven; able to derive and action insights from data (e.g., A/B testing, email optimization)
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing operations, including lifecycle stages, lead qualification and scoring models, nurture program design, and lead routing
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Able to work cross-functionally and build relationships with stakeholders and adjacent marketing and sales teams
Responsibilities
- Own and manage our marketing automation and marketing technology stack
- Serve as the primary administrator of the marketing automation platform, overseeing the development, implementation and ongoing management of marketing automation processes including the customer journey from lead through customer
- Advise on and manage our marketing technology stack, including ABM platforms, paid ad platforms, and others while constantly pursuing ways to improve our processes
- Manage lists, workflows, and administration of our marketing automation and CRM integration
- Create and maintain detailed documentation on our marketing operations, while providing training where needed
- Lead data management and hygiene
- Maintain and improve database health and data integrity. Minimize data gaps, database decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of email sends
- Monitor and optimize lead scoring and lead qualification
- Support the execution of marketing and campaign activities
- Provide operational support for digital marketing programs, campaigns, events (webinars and live), and other process- and technology-driven activities
- Create forms, lists, workflows, landing pages, Salesforce campaigns, reports, dashboards, and other work required to execute marketing initiatives
- Support measurement of campaign effectiveness and campaign insights
- Partner with the commercial operations and sales teams to develop processes to improve inbound lead flow, qualification, and monitor lead follow-up
