- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited University
- Licensed Landscape Architect in Florida or ability to obtain reciprocity
- years of demonstrated work experience in private practice
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Innovative design skills with sound technical expertise in conceptual design, construction documents, and construction observation

- Coordinates with local governmental agencies
- Prepares monthly project billing
- Manages project accounts receivable
- Assists with/conducts business development
- Assists with preparation of contracts
- Mentors less experienced team members
