  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant equivalent work experience required; Advanced Degree desirable
  • 6 - 8 years' related experience.
  • 3+ years' supervisory or project/program management experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills with advanced proficiency in spreadsheet, word processing and email applications.
  • Advanced proficiency with billing and or financial systems (e.g., SAP, etc.).
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cohesive and productive teams.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the tactical execution of short- and long-term objectives through the coordination of activities with a direct responsibility for results, including costs, methods, and staffing.
  • Oversee cash application operations; ensuring reconciliation of transactions to the general ledger in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor all aspects of the billing process; reviewing and resolving billing or processing issues in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage cycle tracking processes; reviewing and improving existing accountability processes.
  • Manage supply chain accounts receivable business, invoicing and account maintenance.
  • Manage pharmaceutical accounts receivable business and returned goods processes.
  • Respond to internal and external audit requests.
  • Serve as a liaison to cross-divisional teams; attending meetings and participating in committees as requested.
  • Provide leadership, coaching and development plans for all direct reports to maintain an engaged and productive workforce; partnering with Human Resources on employee matters.
  • Provide technical guidance.
  • Assist with various projects as assigned.
