Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience in program or project management
  • Prior experience in hands-on software development or software testing required
  • Prior experience as a business analyst or project manager in Operations, Marketing, or Finance a strong plus
  • Working knowledge of enterprise system technologies/components (i.e. APIs, data formats, security, version control, deployment infrastructure) and curiosity to learn more
  • Proficiency in program/project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence); Fully comfortable collaborating in an online/cloud-based environment (e.g. Google Apps, Slack)
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and SKU management software (e.g., Magento, Paypal Braintree, Netsuite)
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and visual media
  • Ability to work independently and with a strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to work 3 days onsite (Tuesday-Thursday) in our Sunnyvale, CA office
  • Connect pieces of the puzzle as a subject matter expert on technology, application solutions, and process flows
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical deliverables
  • Establish and optimize sprint planning and request intake process
  • Facilitate Jira ticket triage and manage scope creep
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support security and SOX compliance audits
  • Drive program management of technically complex projects across engineering teams
  • Partner with Workstream Director of Product Management to align on project goals and timelines
  • Facilitate meetings, drive alignment, and keep stakeholders accountable
  • Partner with engineering teams to optimize processes and ensure compliance with regulations
