Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of customer billing and debt collection for Adult Social Care customers by providing a proactive and efficient service in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Assist with processing financial documents and respond to customer enquiries at the first point of contact.
  • Contact customers to discuss outstanding debts, resolve queries, arrange payment plans, and secure payment.
  • Process financial documents and key data.
  • Update internal databases and other IT systems to ensure accurate record keeping.
