AEM Solutions Architect We are seeking an AEM Solution Architect that is a highly skilled senior role with industry leading architecture and design expertise. Candidate must have deep expertise in AEM architecture, AEM Guides, and will be responsible for coming up with solutions and solution design based on AEM for enterprise-grade content management and delivery. Key Responsibilities: Designing AEM solutions that align with product strategy with focus on scalability, security, and performance Providing expert guidance on AEM architecture, integration, and best practices. Understand business requirements and translate them into architectural solutions and solution design. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Review technical designs, code for functional and Non-functional requirements. Mentoring and supporting junior architects and consultants in their professional growth. Staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation. Create and maintain documentation related to AEM architecture, processes, and best practices. Required Skills: AEM: 5+ years of experience as an architect on AEM (AEM 6.x, latest major version AEM 6.5) including Components, Assets, Forms, Guides. Advanced proficiency in Apache Sling, OSGi and JCR (Apache Jackrabbit Oak) for content management. Experience with AEM’s SPA Editor, Content Services, and GraphQL for headless architectures. Extensive experience developing custom features and custom workflows meeting the business requirements. AEM Guides:5+ years implementing AEM Guides for DITA-based content authoring, including DITA maps, topics, and specialization. Proficiency in DITA-OT for output formats and integration with translation.Experience with AEM Guides’ metadata management, versioning, and content reuse strategies.
