Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience (7+ years) in NetSuite consulting, with a strong understanding of its various modules and capabilities
Prior experience (3+ years) in a leadership or management role, demonstrating the ability to mentor and guide a team
NetSuite certifications (such as SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant
Administrator) are highly desirable
Solid project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects & clients' needs simultaneously and ensure timely delivery

Responsibilities

Lead a team of NetSuite consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development to ensure exceptional performance and growth
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements, pain points, and objectives, and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions
Manage ad hoc NetSuite projects and initiatives, including project planning
Scoping, resource allocation, and timeline management to ensure successful
And on-time delivery
Work with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and customize
NetSuite modules to meet client-specific needs
Conduct regular status meetings with clients and internal teams to review
Progress, address concerns, and provide updates
Serve as a subject matter expert on NetSuite capabilities, staying up-to-date with the latest features and enhancements to provide innovative solutions to clients
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within
NetSuite engagements to enhance client operations and maximize efficiency
Ensure adherence to best practices, industry standards, and compliance requirements throughout all client accounts & projects
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and maintain profitability while delivering high-quality solutions
Foster strong client relationships through effective communication, problem-solving, and consistently exceeding expectations
