The
Donald P. Bellisario College of Communications at Penn State seeks outstanding candidates, with exemplary credentials and experience in one of the following areas, to join us as a professional-in-residence for the Fall 2025 semester:
- Advertising strategy and insight into the use of AI in strategic communications/marketing.
- Entrepreneurship and executive leadership in journalism or strategic communication.
- Investigative documentary filmmaking with an emphasis on sports.
Professionals-in-residence will teach and mentor our students and interact with faculty across the University during the fall semester. Individuals should bring at least 10 years’ current, relevant industry experience with increasing levels of responsibility, along with a desire to immerse themselves in the Bellisario College and Penn State, working with students and faculty in classes and on special projects. Master’s degree or equivalent experience required. Teaching experience strongly preferred.
