Requirements
- You have 6+ years of sales experience and 2+ years managing sales managers
- You have high EQ, a people first mentality and care deeply about growing and developing sales team members in their careers
- You care about the details while being able to scale back and look at the bigger picture
- You're data-oriented and work with KPIs to guide actions
- You have experience using Salesforce and ideally Salesloft
- You take ownership in enabling the best work of others on the team. You consistently think ahead to anticipate the needs of your teammates
- You possess a desire to work in a fast paced environment with the ability to think strategically and adapt to change
- You communicate effectively both in written form and on your feet
- You are passionate about improving access to quality mental healthcare

Responsibilities
- Provide strong coaching and mentoring through an understanding of the sales role, our business model, and our sales methodology
- Lead from the front, building a healthy sales culture
- Own initiatives with the leadership team that will impact the entire business
- Create, launch and lead the success of new business sales initiatives
- Recruit, lead, develop and retain AEs and AE Managers
- Partner with VP of Growth and Director of Sales Operations on forecasting, budget, headcount planning, individual rep goals, commissions and compensation
- Work in partnership with Enablement to develop robust onboarding and continued training programs
- Build and manage your team's pipeline to deliver accurate forecasting and define, track, and manage sales activities for your team members
- Approach all problems and solutions with the lens of building equity
- Work closely with the sales management on larger strategies and best practices, to help shape the future of the sales organization; identifying business challenges and owning executing a solution
- Partner with BDR Management + Demand Generation to align top of funnel with bottom of the funnel
- Partner cross functionally with Sales Enablement and our Product Marketing teams to continue to build upon and develop sales assets
