Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of one year of experience in student recruitment at an undergraduate or graduate level
  • Knowledge of policies, procedures, and guidelines pertaining to recruitment activities
  • Ability to interact with prospective and current students and foster relationships with key external partners
  • Ability to exercise good judgment
  • Considerable knowledge of computer software and virtual meeting tools like Zoom or Teams
  • Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system such as Anthology Reach or similar
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lead nurturing campaigns
  • Schedule and conduct follow-up communications via email, phone, SMS, and virtual platforms
  • Offer dynamic one-on-one consultations to discuss goals, interests, and program fit
  • Organize and host virtual information sessions, webinars, and panels
  • Maintain a weekly phone appointments schedule to answer inbound recruitment questions
  • Manage the CHP recruitment email inbox
  • Develop and execute annual inbound recruitment plans
  • Analyze, interpret, and identify recruitment data and trends
  • Document, track, and report all actions, activities, and KPIs related to inbound recruitment plans
  • Coordinate recruitment schedules, reminders, due dates, and action plans
  • Support the team’s initiatives and duties as needed
