Requirements
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • 3 years of People management experience
  • Previous experience managing sales incentive programs
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • SFDC and Excel or G-Sheet proficiency
  • Experience with Domo a plus
Responsibilities
  • Assist in annual planning of sales capacity, incentive plan structure, and quota assignment
  • Deliver reporting and analytics of sales performance
  • Spearhead the timely execution of sales incentive plan creation
  • Own the timely execution of the monthly, global commission process
  • Complete reconciliations and analysis to ensure accuracy of commission payments
  • Oversee sales spiff programs and budget
  • Provide ongoing support and resolve commission calculation-related inquiries
  • Partner with internal teams (Finance, Legal, HR, Sales Operations)
  • Oversee the implementation of incentives automation software
  • Manage the administration of the application including ongoing changes
  • Become a super user over time and streamline the commission process
