Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Advertising Coordinator to support our marketing and advertising initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, executing, and monitoring advertising campaigns across print, digital, and traditional channels. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and project management skills to ensure campaign efficiency and alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage advertising campaigns from conception through execution
Communicate with external vendors and advertising partners to ensure timely delivery of materials
Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports
Ensure all advertising content aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives
Maintain and update internal tracking systems for budgeting and timelines
Assist with the creation of promotional materials and marketing collateral
Support the marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks and project updates
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in advertising, marketing coordination, or related roles
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of advertising principles and campaign strategies
