A senior Machine Learning Engineer who will innovate and deliver valuable AI and ML solutions for our customers. Responsible for the design, development, integration, delivery, and support of complex ML solutions, this individual must be a self-directed professional. In addition to a depth of ML and AI knowledge they must possess excellent communication, leadership, and influencing abilities with a demonstrated ability to guide technical direction across multiple teams.
Architect, design and develop machine learning prediction models to address business challenges, adhering to INDG best practices with integration of AWS services.
Collaborate with domain experts and product managers to understand business needs and map business problems to ML solutions while.
Learn groundbreaking research in advanced ML topics to solve complex problems quickly.
Act as the principal point-of-contact for ML projects andprovide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
Design and guide feature design and implementation of features for the entire team and deliver solutions for cross-team initiatives.
Use metrics to make data-driven decisions.
Write and maintain production-quality code.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Machine Learning, similar field of study or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of software development experience and/or commensurate skills building commercial and ML applications.
5+years’ experienceand/or commensurate skillswith an object-oriented programming language such as Java or Python, ML/AI frameworks, libraries, data structures and data modeling techniques.
Extensive experience in all phases of machine learning application lifecycles from problem mapping and scoping to data gathering and preparation to optimizing model performance.
