Requirements
- 3 years demonstrating proficiency in developing and owning work products in Microsoft office suite to include Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, portraying an ability to work independently, maintain attention to detail, and maintain a high standard for work products
- 1 years professional experience with project management and program analysis, with hands on experience presenting information verbally and facilitating discussions with representatives from all levels of an organization
- 2 years professional experience working in teams, demonstrating interpersonal, team-building, critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- An interest in learning about Federal financial execution (reimbursables, federal accounting cycle, reconciliations)
- Demonstrated capability to independently conduct background research, structure written work products, and articulate findings succinctly
- Ability to attain a public trust security clearance
- An interest in working with Federal business systems related to accounting, accountability and financial reporting procedures with the Federal agencies

- Relevant financial certification:
- Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM)
- Certified Defense Financial Management (CDFM)
- Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Professional experience and/or coursework in data analytics or data visualization tools to include MS Excel, Tableau, Qlik, SQL, and/or creating macros
- Professional experience and/or coursework in accounting and/or financial management
- Experience with business process re-engineering/optimization to include documenting current procedures, conducting gap analysis to identify inefficiencies, identifying key performance metrics
