Practical Application: Accounting Students In New In-The-Office Cpa Programs Don’T Have To Fill Their Transcripts With Unnecessary Credit-Fillers

Lori Buza, like anyone else in higher education, has heard all the quips about underwater basket-weaving classes — or, the seemingly unnecessary or even absurd filler courses taken for college credits at universities. Guarini School of Business, laid the groundwork for accounting students to finish out the credits they need for entry to the industry through working at a firm, akin to a medical doctor’s residency program.
