Requirements

  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods while fulfilling job duties.
Responsibilities
  • Collect and weigh residual bulk.
  • Clean formulation equipment, including bulk tanks and supply lines.
  • Disassemble, clean, and prepare filters.
  • Calibrate scales and pH meters according to standard operating procedures.
  • Clean formulation work areas.
  • Sample the water system within formulation areas.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with current effective standard operating procedures.
  • Record accurate data in logbooks and batch records while maintaining data integrity.
  • Maintain cleanliness within compounding areas.
  • Ensure accurate manufacturing and product quality as stated in the process description.
  • Integrate Formulation department activities with Maintenance Engineering, Validation, Filling, Microbiology Laboratory, and Quality Control Laboratory departments.
  • Coordinate directly with the Lead Compounder, Formulation Supervisor, and Production Supervisors to prevent scheduling problems.
  • Stop production whenever efficiency, quality, or safety is judged unsatisfactory.
  • Perform other related duties requested by the Formulation Lead Compounder and Manufacturing Supervisor.
  • Perform other tasks and duties assigned by management.

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
