InnovAge upgraded to Strong Buy as analysts lift earnings estimates after return to profit

InnovAge Holding has been upgraded to Zacks Rank #1 (Strong Buy) as analysts raised earnings estimates following improved financial performance. The company reported revenue of $239.7 million and net profit of $10.6 million in its most recent quarter, returning to profitability after prior-year losses. InnovAge raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $925 million to $950 million, supporting analyst optimism around its turnaround. The company's narrative projects $1.1 billion revenue and $17.9 million earnings by 2028. However, analysts note fair value estimates range widely from $7.00 to $28.96 per share. Key risks remain around rising care and compliance costs, alongside the company's reliance on Medicare and Medicaid funding, which exposes it to policy and reimbursement uncertainties.
