Requirements
  • 15+ years of marketing and/or product marketing experience
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully leading the marketing function and managing talent
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills - able to convincingly sell ideas and plans to internal constituencies, executives, prospects, sales teams, and analysts
  • An inquisitive personality - Someone who sees a data point and wants to understand everything that influences it
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business or Marketing, or an equivalent amount of related experience
Responsibilities
  • You'll establish processes and practices for instantiating YPrime's portfolio (eCOA, IRT, Patient Engagement, Trial Oversight) via digital properties (video, web, and social)
  • You'll lead the development and execution of product marketing activities
  • You'll capture market insights and translates it into actionable, differentiated positioning which provides value to our customers and drives funnel, signed contracts, and revenue for YPrime
  • You'll partner closely with the Marketing, Product Management leaders, Sales, Delivery, and the leadership team to drive messaging and positioning of YPrime offerings, conceive and support new and innovative marketing programs, and enable sales teams with world-class tools and messaging to articulate YPrime's value
  • You'll manage a team of Product Marketers, content strategists, and marketing design contributors to develop and execute on an adaptive marketing plan
  • You'll develop an understanding of present customer journeys by using a mix of qualitative and quantitative data sources
  • You'll partner closely with Chief Product Officer, product management, marketing, and cross-functional leadership team to lead the development and execution of a product line's marketing strategy
  • You'll be the expert on YPrime customers and competitive intelligence
  • You'll lead the development of innovative, comprehensive, and global marketing plans to drive awareness, preference, leads, revenue, and customer advocacy
  • You'll oversee the development of the strategy and marketing programs that drive demand for YPrime products via lead generation and nurturing programs that translate into qualified opportunities and revenue
  • You'll lead the development of messaging, high quality content and marketing campaigns to support and drive customer acquisition and retention efforts including identifying key engagements and developing customer success stories
  • You'll create yearly Marketing plsn, inclusive of tactics, rationale, and budgets
  • You'll ensure the Marketing team adheres to the company's Quality Management System and regulatory requirements relevant to the business, including but not limited to those of the MHRA and FDA
