  • 2+ years of experience in sales management or business development management

  • BA or BS Degree or equivalent

  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and outlined metrics
  • Hire, Train, and Lead a team of Business Development Representatives that are responsible for developing and qualifying revenue opportunities within their assigned territory
  • Hold regular 1:1s with direct reports
  • Own BDR performance metrics and provide regular feedback to marketing & sales leadership
  • Support sales leadership and BDRs to build an effective outbound process, including prospect list building, outbound campaigns, sales training and developing a BDR career path at Lookout
  • Regularly report on Team/Individual Results - Lead Quantity, Quality, & Revenue
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency, Productivity
  • Develop BDRs into sales-ready candidates for future Account Executive positions
  • Help create a fun, high energy environment where people love coming to work
