What will you do as an Implementation Associate?
As a pivotal member of the Robin AI team, the Implementation Associate holds a position essential to the success of our mission. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the seamless execution of software implementations, guiding projects to successful completion. Working with the Senior Implementation Associate, you will be a key player behind effectively moving processes forward, overcoming blockers, ensuring quality control and delivering on Robin’s obsession with customer delight across all of our implementations.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
Follow the directives of the Senior Implementation Associates and Implementation Leads in relation to best practices and process improvement
Partner with the Customer Success Managers to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the onboarding process.
Guide customers through the onboarding process from the initial welcome meeting through software handover and administration training.
Build custom implementations of our intelligent contract review software for customers, aligning with their specific use cases and requirements.
Conduct interactive demos to showcase product capabilities and value propositions.
Identify any issues or software limitations impacting customers and work with our product team to troubleshoot and resolve them. Log substantive bugs, feature requests or UX feedback and submit for product roadmap review.
Support internal pilot programs and research initiatives to improve the platform and user experience.
Ideally, you should have the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in law (or law conversion), or another relevant field, with a solid understanding of legal contracts and concepts.
1-2 years of project coordination, technology consultation or implementation and customer advocate.
Technical proficiency with project management tools and workflows.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product and legal.
Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and create customer-facing materials.
Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and tasks simultaneously with a high degree of effectiveness and care.
Enthusiasm for new technologies, particularly artificial intelligence and machine learning, with a continuous commitment to learning about these in the context of contract automation and beyond.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive projects to successful completion.
