Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing security teams
  • Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, incident investigation, and emergency response planning
  • Proficiency with access control systems, CCTV technology, and security management software

  • Security certifications or formal training in risk management (e.g., Certified Protection Professional, Security Management certification)
  • Knowledge of vendor and contractor management in security services
  • Experience with security audits and compliance assessments
  • Familiarity with Indian labor laws and workplace safety regulations
  • Background in emergency management or crisis response
  • 5–8 years of progressive luxury hotel experience in security operations management
Responsibilities
  • Oversee all daily security operations across office facilities, restricted areas, and organizational grounds
  • Maintain a visible, professional security presence aligned with organizational standards and best practices
  • Manage access control systems, surveillance infrastructure, patrols, and incident response protocols
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor the security team, ensuring high performance, accountability, and continuous professional development
  • Develop, implement, and regularly update comprehensive emergency response plans (fire, medical, evacuation, natural disasters)
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments across all organizational facilities and operations
  • Lead emergency drills and preparedness training initiatives across all departments
  • Respond to security incidents with calm authority, sound judgment, and structured documentation
  • Analyze security trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance organizational safety
  • Foster a strong culture of safety awareness and security consciousness across all organizational levels
  • Train employees on emergency procedures, incident reporting protocols, and security best practices
  • Manage sensitive situations with professionalism, discretion, and cultural awareness
  • Ensure a secure environment while maintaining an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere for all stakeholders
  • Oversee CCTV systems, access control platforms, and security technology infrastructure
  • Ensure optimal functionality and timely maintenance of all security equipment and systems
  • Manage vendor relationships and contractor oversight for security-related services
  • Monitor and report on security metrics, operational improvements, and technology upgrades
