Responsibilities
  • Respond, resolve and support external or internal customer issues.
  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to robotics products and services.
  • Work closely with engineering and technical teams to resolve complex customer inquiries.
  • Document and track customer interactions and issue resolutions using a ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve products and services based on customer feedback.
