Manage reporting on the health of cross-functional infrastructure software engineering programs in a matrix organization covering a range of areas
Work with architects, product managers, and development managers to design and plan long-term roadmaps
Track roadmap development metrics, report on milestones, and communicate status, raising flags for potential blockers
Address roadmap milestone risks and potential blockers
Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions
Interface with Engineering and business owners to ensure three, six, nine, and 12-month roadmaps are being followed
Provide a high-level lens on how teams can continuously improve as roadmaps are planned

Desired Qualifications

points for familiarity with FedRAMP and Gov Cloud setup with AWS, and/or hands-on experience with release management in a large, production cloud environment

About the role

The Platform Services team at Netskope acts as the eyes and ears of the Platform Engineering team, converting business activity, usage numbers, and performance observations into actionable insights. Platform Services, along with other teams within Platform Engineering, will use these insights to improve our proprietary and fully-managed Netskope Security Cloud platform.

As the Platform Strategy Manager for Netskope you will drive the overall product management strategy for the Platform Engineering (PE) organization. This solutions-oriented role will work closely with cross-company stakeholders to design and plan the communications strategy for PE products and services.
