  • 8+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service development and delivery
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform: PowerApps, Power Automate, AI Builder
  • Strong development skills in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core and Dynamics plugins
  • Experience with integrations, data migration techniques and REST APIs
  • Familiarity with Azure integration services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management)
  • Knowledge of Power Platform security basics and platform optimization
Responsibilities
  • Lead architecture, design and development for Dynamics 365 Customer Service implementations
  • Plan and execute system integrations and data migration strategies
  • Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, portals and web integrations
  • Build and maintain reports and ETL processes (SSRS, SSIS) and RESTful APIs
  • Provide technical leadership, code reviews and mentoring for development teams
  • Support platform monitoring, tuning, security and compliance
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Dynamics Portals, Outlook integration and Power BI
  • Certifications in Dynamics 365 / Azure
