Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience with a four-year / bachelor's degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD)
  • Experience developing and managing training and communication projects, preferably including compliance
  • Experience of implementing policies and procedures
  • Project management, process mapping, and change management capabilities
  • Experience leading teams - driving collaboration, empowerment, and teamwork; setting strategic vision; delivering results; and building a high performing, inclusive, and engaged team
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings, resolve conflict, build consensus, and collaborate
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong team player who is adaptable and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to strike a sensible and practical balance between legal risks and business goals

Responsibilities
  • Promote a culture that drives ethical conduct and a commitment to compliance across the organization
  • Create practical processes and tools to identify, test, monitor, address, and mitigate risks
  • Deliver exceptional service to business clients
  • Minimize risks and protect assets
  • Partner with the Regulatory team and track applicable laws and regulations
  • Analyze industry trends and assess the company’s corresponding practices and share insights and recommendations with the appropriate audience
  • Direct risk assessments across all relevant domains and programs
  • Establish compliance standards, policies, and trainings to address identified risks
  • Build and maintain relationships and trust with cross-functional partners and internal and external stakeholders
  • Influence team members of all levels within the organization, including the executive team, by identifying and analyzing options that mitigate compliance risks while driving business priorities
  • Tailor message for the audience and provide quick turn advice that facilitates risk-based and informed decisions
  • Develop and maintain procedures and operational changes that increase productivity, add value, and anticipate trends in areas of responsibility
  • Develop and provide training and self-help guides for business partners
