- Ability to effectively handle difficult and sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality
- Moderate physical activity required by handling objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently.
- Constant standing, walking, and grasping. Frequent stooping and reaching above shoulder heights, occasional sitting, crawling, kneeling, and squatting.
- May have exposure to blood borne pathogens, body excretions and communicable diseases possible.
- Possible exposure to household chemicals.
- Sits, stands, bends, and moves intermittently during working hours.
- May be subject to frequent interruptions.
- Interacts with clients, family members and visitors frequently.
- Help residents with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, meals, laundry, and daily routines.
- Support medication administration by following established procedures, documenting accurately, and helping ensure residents receive the right medication at the right time.
- Communicate changes in resident needs and support families as appropriate.
- Work closely with team members to provide respectful, person-centered care.

Ziegler has closed $41.2 million in Series 2026 Bonds for Christian Living Communities Obligated Group through the Colorado Health Facilities Authority. The organisation operates three senior living communities in Denver metro comprising 474 independent living units, 122 assisted living apartments and 192 skilled nursing beds. Proceeds will refund Series 2016 Bonds and fund $2 million in capital expenditures, generating over $4 million in debt service savings. Fitch awarded the Obligated Group a "BBB+" rating with stable outlook in connection with the issuance. Christian Living Communities' parent organisation includes three additional assisted living facilities, a home care agency, a Medicare Advantage programme and third-party management company Capella Living Solutions. Ziegler is the leading underwriter of financings for not-for-profit senior living providers in the US.
