  • Understanding of how to optimise content across different social video platforms (youtube, Instagram, snapchat, FB, tiktok), with a particular focus on vertical-first platforms/content.
  • Experience of developing, designing and setting visual identity for brands.
  • Experience producing shoots on location and ability to bring video formats to life.
  • Experience of using backstage social analytics to understand content performance.
  • Experience writing shoot briefs and edit scripts.
  • Understanding of copyright across video platforms.
  • Experience of using Photoshop & Canva, and producing designs high quality enough to publish online.
  • Experience in edit production and project management in a production or creative agency, with well-rounded knowledge of production processes from start to finish.
Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Development, to work with Future brands in the creation of new social formats and video processes.
  • Bring new, high-quality, original content to life - from ideation to delivery.
  • Provide creative expertise throughout the lifecycle of production.
  • Write shoot briefs and scripts, art direction, producing talent on location, and working across the edits.
  • Create high impact thumbnails and packaging for the content.
  • Work with the Video team and the wider business to monitor technological trends and developments and to pilot new tools, like the use of AI in video production.
