Requirements
  • 1–2 years of prior applicable experience, including work or internship experience, in a service industry requiring direct customer contact; healthcare and/or finance experience is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • High standards of quality control and client service, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects from conception to completion in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills, with particular attention to language and nuance, and the ability to follow and shape evolving company stories.
  • Critical-thinking ability, initiative, and the ability to conceptualize and synthesize sophisticated research analyses and generate ideas.
  • Proactive problem-solving ability with an analytical skill set, including conducting research and analysis and applying learned strategies and tools.
  • Project-management skills, including organizing and managing complex logistics and datasets and planning and executing roadshows, meetings, and other investor events.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based, hybrid environment.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive daily logistical and strategic investor relations and public relations support to client accounts, executing at the direction of the client and account lead and meeting deadlines.
  • Develop initial drafts of collateral materials, including press releases, corporate PowerPoint presentations, earnings scripts, messaging documents, media pitches, talking points, and strategic plans.
  • Conduct research projects and targeting analyses and synthesize data and research into key takeaways.
  • Conduct roadshows, meetings, and other investor events, including outreach campaigns.
  • Plan events and provide on-site support, including occasional travel.
  • Monitor client updates, industry trends, regulatory developments, competitive dynamics, and relevant investors, media, and reporters, and share findings with the IREC team and clients.
  • Conduct ongoing and ad hoc media monitoring and develop related reporting documents.
  • Support joint investor-relations and public-relations accounts.
  • Manage up and across account teams while maintaining professional conduct and communication.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Support the development of new-business materials.
  • Cultivate relationships with investors, analysts, bankers, and journalists to enhance visibility and credibility.
  • Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and investor forums.
  • Contribute to operational, growth, and strategy initiatives for Precision AQ.
  • Generate ideas and identify opportunities for the firm and its clients.
